A corrupt dictatorship writing it's own constitution and appointing judges who are just as corrupt; as in Canada is not a democracy. In a democracy the people are sovereign and write their own constitution and ratify it. The only way a government in a democracy gets its power to govern is by a constitution ratified by the people , not some foreign queen..

Where is the law of equality? Which was the first court case that said federal income tax was ultra vires ? What changed - appointed corrupt judges.

You were gone for a few days. I missed you.

What facility were you in, Stony Mountain or Drumheller?

I don't think it was a "correctional" facility as such. Insanity defense you know.
I have incredible respect for No Queenslave. He/she/it frames logical, coherent and strong arguments for it's positions.

Canadians had two chances to ratify a constitution and have never ratified a constitution as to how much power they wanted government to have. The government just continues to assume more power all the time; that is how dictators govern.

Canada has no valid ratified constitution; just a dictatorship government that assumed power after the Statute of Westminster gave the people and provinces their sovereignty and independence .

As a slave to the Queen I volunteer my time on this forum for free. It's the least I can do, as a goverment agent poster by day I can afford to post for nothing here. God Bless the Queen.
The truth is that Queen Elizabeth II pays me 10 pounds per post. http://www.detaxcanada.org/kuhl.htm

My money comes from the Queen herself. I pick up my check (or is it cheque) at Buckingham Palace (sometimes at Rideau Hall).

And you and all Canadians have still not ratified a constitution ; so you could get your check for

doing something else than promoting government propaganda.

I am a loyal subject of Elizabeth II, Queen of Canada and by happenstance also the Queen of Great Britain.

For generations the majority of my fellow citizens felt the same as I do. Over the past few decades we have allowed the immigration of many from countries that do not share our British Commonwealth heritage. We assumed that these newcomers would adopt our values as they settled in to share our home but there is a significant number today that have a problem with our loyalty to our Queen and want to have ALL of us repudiate it it!

I liken this to opening your house and adopting new family members who eventually demand that the house will now be run to THEIR liking and those of us from the original family should shut up and accept it!

Sort of like having your kids get married but move in with their parents and then insist that the only "music" allowed in the house henceforth will be urban hiphop!

Meanwhile the original family slowly gets more and more angry and resentful...

Can you ask the Queen if a non-Commonwealth, non-monarchy subject of the Queen can receive direct deposit? These trips to Buckingham Palace are getting tiresome, even though she pays the airfare? She is always "not amused" by what I tell her.

Until a few days ago, Pakistan was a member of the Commonwealth, and I am quite sure that the Hong-Kongers living in Hongcouver prefer their "Queen" days to what Hong Kong has now.

+1! You're absolutely right! Pretty well every former British colony that railed against the Queen and Britain until they got their independence promptly went to hell in a handbasket the day after it was granted!

It's taken India 60 years to finally get barely on the right track. Millions of Africans have starved to death or been slaughtered.

All for an academic point of political pride...

No, all to give the thugs who led the "independence" movements their own fiefdom, complete with a UN subsidy.

A few errors here.
  1. I am not a Canadian, and frankly, barely know where Canada is on the map;and
  2. The people of the US didn't ratify the Constitution; the legislatures of the original 13 states did, and, by seeking admission, the assemblies of the Republics of Vermont, Texas and Hawaii did, as well as whatever represented the various territories.
