At that time somewhere between 4-8 million American households were in gated communities. I did find information fairly well repeated that 40% of all new homes in California are in gated communities, and in Florida, well over half. But the phenomenon is not well-documented. But as of ten years or so ago the numbers of gated communities I've seen were over 30,000. I have no doubt the numbers are substantially greater now. .Really? The median worth of a White American is about twenty times that of a black or hispanic american, and the gap is growing. The racism is in your own society The wealth gap between the third world and the west is well known. But most nations prefer not to see that level of disparity in their own societies.

Why don't you try and get it through your head that whether someone causes 'harm' to society is utterly irrelevant if society itself doesn't believe that harm, actual or imagined, should be illegal. Do pornographers cause harm to society? Some insist they do. Does the internal combustion engine pose harm to society? Probably. Does planned obsolescence harm society? Maybe. But society doesn't think they should be illegal, so they aren't. So you don't get to call them criminal. You don't get to call anything anyone does criminal unless it actually is illegal or you're simply not very interested in honesty.

Another major factor is that native born children get bored in classes as the teacher is forced to repeat lessons and clarifying his/her words to students who often have a less than perfect grasp of the language. When there's only one or two such immigrant kids in a class it's doable, but when half the class is made up of immigrants it's nearly a continuous problem and puts back learning quite a bit. I also know several people who moved out of the city to get away from schools with high immigrant populations due to the violence, harassment, drugs, gangs, etc., in those schools.
