As much as I think this problem is important we have not gone far enough. The Ontario College of Teachers Routinely allow repeat sex offenders to teach in Ontario Schools. Not only that teachers are allowed to teach and principals are allowed to minimize sexual abuse by hidding evidence from police. Check these out. 1.
