  1. Well I guess we will see on June 28 won't we.
  2. yes the voting age should be lowered.
  3. A child getting raped is not art, it's a criminal offence under the criminal code of Canada. And yes I belive that a 14 year old is old enough to consent to sex.
  4. The Liberals and NDP formed a coalition after the 1972 election. The party that wins the most seats is the party that gets to form the goverment,
  5. The party that wins the most seats forms the government. They can seek a partner to form a coalition with if they wish, if they don't find a coalition partner and try to govern by them selves the Government will eventually suff er a vote of no confidence in the commons, as happened to the PC's in '79. After a government falls the GG can ask the opposition if they want to form a government with another party(although I do not know of a instance when this happens. Otherwise the GG will disolve parliment and another election will be called. The NDP will form a coalition with the liberals if they get the chance, and Harper and Martin will never form a colalition. The Liberals are still closer to the NDP that the conservatives.
  6. Harper said what he said. There is nothing wrong with smearing someone with the truth. Did you actually read what he said. And I susposed teammartinsaid.ca isn't a smear site?
  7. the truth about Harper Some interesting reading, quotes from a guy who says he repersents the views of Canadians. Does this man repersent your views? Do you actually want him to be our PM(although he never will)?
  8. Actually Alliance Fanatic the vast majority (>70%)of Canadians are left Wing being that the liberal, ndp, greens, and Bloc are all left wing. The Cons with there 27% repersent Canada's right, a number too small to ever form a government. The left wing loves Canada, it's right wing fanatics and people like Alliance Fanatic that hate it.
  9. Actually the NDP does have the most momentem going in to this election, although I know that they will not pass th Cons. Polls show that all the votes in Ontario by the Liberals are going to the NDP not the Conservatives
  10. They got a good platform, and alot of good policies, but they cover the same ground as the NDP. They will never form a Government.
  11. The conservatives are not going to form a government. The Liberals will get their Majority of 160 or so seats. And if they don't they will form a coalition government with NDP.
