What I mean is that as long as Black or anyone else for that matter is alive, he can still work its best to haste the advent of a less imperfect justice system. Black is a guilty man, an irresponsible man because he doesn't seem to know that.

I have to disagree. It is in the nature of social studies to use routinely social categories like "Latino" and "women" and a society certainly needs social studies to make better decisions about its direction. If these studies would arrive at the conclusion that a Latina woman has fewer chances to become wise and have a richness of experiences, it would be enough to put a Latina woman on the Supreme Court.

Of course a desire to stay comfortable prompts intolerance.
