TRUE: Clinton reluctantly defended in a rape case involving a 12-year-old girl, successfully challenged mismanaged evidence and entered a plea bargain for the defendant. FALSE: Clinton did not laugh at the case's outcome, did not volunteer to be the man's lawyer and did not claim the complainant fantasized about being raped by older men

      BC_chick... the SNOPES detail includes a copy of "the affidavit". Your depiction of it is inaccurate. To state, "I've been informed of" is not making a definitive declaration of same... points which were intended as the basis requesting a psychiatric evaluation of the complainant. Imagine - requesting a medical evaluation to determine if information provided has validity!
