Any political party that relies almost entirely on funding from the rich and special interest groups should automatically be suspected of pandering to their wishes. This is the case with Liberals, the NDP and the Bloc. Look at their financial statements putting aside, for a moment, the Liberals sponsorship fraud. The middle and lower class do not support them.
