As I have said in the past Natives did not originate in North America either, a simple genetic map can and will prove that. There for they have no better claim to this land than anyone else. You seem to like to ignore that fact but then of course you would as soon as that is entered into the equation all other arguments become mute. And even if you did not want to believe that what difference does it make you all whine like you are the first people in history to ever be conquered, you are probably the only to continue to be supported by the victors though, but I suggest you get over it because your ancestors could do nothing then and you can do nothing about it now accept continue to cry about it I suppose.
At the end of the day we have to justify nothing to you it is you that as to justify to your future generations 200 years from now why they are still living on reserves and being supported by the European invaders. Maybe though someone in that time frame might pull there head out of their ass and decide it is better to become self sufficient but I wont hold my breath.
As far as spreading diseases I suggest you read Darwin's Origin of Species he says something along the lines of SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST adapt or perish or don't I could care less I know where I will be.

Interesting argument, fatally flawed however. The confused approach you undertake chases another red herring as usual. Equity vs equality is that which you propose to make a stand on, and no sane citizen will accept this argument. That approach is as wrong as affirmative action and does little to achieve any form an enlightened society. The entire concept of claiming poor me because of ignorance certainly can't apply when you engage the services of a professional to take the matter before the courts. Should an individual citizen attempt to do so, then that argument would hold water.
Further to this entire point, society is has no desire to punish the children for the sins of the fathers. What has been done has been done and nothing will change that my friend. The justice you seek is not justice at all but merely revenge for your loses. You seek to cripple an entire society as an act of equity as compensation for what was done to natives more than than generations ago. Any real compensation was due to those individuals now dead and not their ancestors. History seldom recognizes the debts of ancestors as valid upon decedents. Now on to the one thing you said that can be answered. The Saint Lawrence incident. Because a few Natives helped a few French sailors stuck in the ice does this mean we should give hand outs and segregated rights for perpetuity? (By the way, French sailors have never been known as Limey's, only British.) By your logic the Natives should be supporting us given the amount of times we have to move Natives due to flooding and other such things.

If I recall, it was approximately 3,000 natives that fought in WWII. If Hitler had won the native population would be extinct without question. So unless you can make a case that 3,000 natives could have defeated Hitler with rifles, you might want to reconsider your statement.
Possibly the government should ask for compensation for the soldiers that died protecting native land and lives.

I don't see why you are all worried? You all know that the cops go after the natives and nail them first before the will hand a non-native an impaired charge. I've had non-natives joke to me about this. As one example, there was road block some time ago....the cops were nailing some of the natives and when a certain non-native came through--the cop said get home and park it now, if I see you out again, then you'll get an impaired...I think it's that hidden benefit called "white privilege."

Why would I fabricate it as it was my aunt who told me about this? It happened last week. Do you honestly think these people would make this event up? Ever watch the show "Conspiracy of Silence?" This was about the young native girl killed in the 1970 in Manitoba. It is interesting what some of the non-native locals in that community were saying when the truth started to surface. So you say that , "anybody who deliberately propagandizes with lies should be held up to scorn and ridicule!" Does this mean that the whole Conservative Party should be scorned and ridiculed? Or perhaps its just a thinly veiled attempt to illustrate how evil and bad all white people are. It would be like me mentioning how I saw a group of Natives in an alley downtown shotgunning Lysol then proposing that because I saw this group doing that all Natives do it. The term varies but some know them as people who hate natives. I forgot to mention that these so called men in the restaurant were in there 50s and 60s. I asked the elderly couple how they had felt, and they said it pi$$ed them off and ruined an evening out, however, they mentioned that one of the guys in the group just got up and walked out once the other little boy rightwingers started their childish rant

They explained that they went to eat dinner at a small restaurant in a small town near Prince George BC. They entered the restaurant and there was a group of about 1/2 dozen rednecks sitting there having coffee in the heat of gossip. (Imagine that big tough men gossiping like little kids
) The couple sat down and within minutes, the little kid rednecks started yapping loud about indians, using the word indians to get their cheap rightwing thrill out of it. Will these little boy rightwingers ever grow up? Is this an isolated incident or does it happen alot? I can see these A-holes perhaps doing that to people a little younger but to an elderly couple minding thier own business...Is Canada that bad? Idiots giving natives crap over laws and policies written by non-natives? I think the cops should investigate the sons of all these rednecks who are full of hatred as they are probably all the ones behind the "Highway of Tears." -
