Oh for god sake. Can this not turn into a thread where a select few call me xenophobic for simply discussing race relations and Leafless whining about the government?

Canada has the third lowest White majority population of all White nations in the World at 81% (the only ones lower are New Zealand at 78% and the United States at 67%). Now in New Zealand, 14% of the minorities are native Maoris, so in reality Canada is second in terms of immigrants after our neighbors to the south. The US is so big and different in every way that I am not going to include them in this topic. Comparing Canada to Australia and European countries, I find it interesting how much more peaceful it is here. In France, the minorities were rioting in 2005 and again in 2007. France is over 90% white. In Sweden there is incredible tension between muslims and the Swedes. Sweden is over 95% white. In Australia there was the infamous Cronulla riots. Australia is over 90% white. In France a Nationalist racist party received 10% of the vote, in Belgium it received nearly 50% of tje vote, in Sweden it received 5% of the vote, in the Netherlands (perhaps the only white nation more liberal than Canada) there are racial tensions more heated than Canada. So why is Canada so different? Is it because of the Soviet Canuckistan politically correct anti-Free Speech Big Brother government? Perhaps, but that does not explain the most PC country in the world - Britain. Britain is all of this and more, yet there is more racial tension there, more ethnic gangs and less integration and assimilation. The BNP exists and it has 1% of the vote. Britain is 92% white. Why are Canada and the US so different? The US probably because it is so mixed, but Canada is far-less White than these European nations and Australia, New Zealand but there is no sign of a BNP type party and there isnt nearly the ethnic problems as there is in Europe. Is there problems? Hell yes. Is there segregation and ethnic ghettos? In Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver - HELL YES. But its nowhere near as bad. So I ask you MapleLeafWeb - why is it so much more peaceful here? - Is it because of the immigrants we receive? Are they assimilating more? - Is it because of the second-generation immigrants that are integrating? - Is it because Canada is so large? - Is it because we are just more tolerant and friendly? - Is it because Canada and the US are not native white lands where as Britain, France, Sweden etc are? - All of the above? What do you think? Most people I chat with say that prior to the mass illegal waves, the US was the best example of multi-racial success in a nation. Now they say it is Canada. We may not be perfect and we damn sure let in too many immigrants, but overall we are doing alright. So should we not maintain this? Should we not limit immigration to make sure it does not get any worse than it is here (which aint THAT bad comparing it to Europe and Australia and NZ)?

Immigrants form ethnic ghettos and want us to accomadate them.... thats what I mean is the problem. In my opinion they should drop their cultural baggage at the doors and become a Canadian. What they do behind closed doors though is their business..

I think it is impossible at this moment to predict the world in 2020. I find it chilling that the Mayan Calender ends in 2012 and that is predicts major changes (thankfully for the better) in the world. Why? Well I think we are at the cross-roads in many ways. Racial issues, dysgenics, global warming, religious issues, medicine and scientific advancement, technological advancement etc etc 2012 might end up being a major turning point for humanity as the Mayans predicted, whether it be World War 3, a major scientific discovery (cure for Cancer/Aids) or some big technological change. Only time will tell..

I'm tried of whites crying reverse-racism. It is there yes, but the extent of it's damage is so exaggerated. Fuck off that we are being as oppressed in any way as what happened in the US, Africa and India under American and British rule. There is an argument that the Black Death plague INCREASED European intelligence which is why the scientific revolution followed shortly after. It may be a theory, but it brings up the potential of European hegemony being the result of a bitter sweet "Black Death".

I agree but the sad reality is the majority of these "cool" people as determined by my raising in a Western nation are White Canadians. The majority of "un-cool" people happen to be "non-white". There is however a chunk of both groups that don't fall into the majority category of course, and I want to make sure they aren't forgotten in this whole us vs them mentality..

Well duh, it's about race. We already know most Canadians dislike very different cultures from our culture, but what I want to know is if non-whites who assimilate into our culture are also disliked. Because the lovely folks at Stormfront would say it doesn't matter if they are as white as me or you, they ain't Canadian and shouldn't be here. Is that how Argus, ScottSA, Leafless etc feel? I don't know why this is such a difficult answer to get. Is it RACE or CULTURE that is harming Canada?

You are either being an ass and getting all technical or you dont understand the question. Fine, multi RACIALISM if thats what you want to call it. Whites tired of multiple races living in Canada with their vastly different cultures. Example: Whites who dont like Muslims getting special treatment, Black only schools, Half of Toronto with English not as their mother tongue etc. Are these people, who I know for a fact Leafless is one of, feeling the same way about ALL non-whites, even second generation ones born here, raised here, assimilated into Canadian culture?

Leafless, you should know some people will bring up the fact that the Irish were not considered white at one point. That is why I said European, to include all of Europe. Also, to avoid people asking if White Hispanics count. Why am I going to label you a racist if you say you want a 100% White Canada? Who cares if you are called a racist anyways - in todays PC society anybody can be called a racist. I simply want an answer to the question and not a dispute over what is white and what is not. I said White European because I wanted to avoid people saying things like what about the Irish or what about Hispanics who look white. This question is for White European Canadians who are tired of multiculturalism in Canada. Do you mind non-whites, particularly Asians and East Indians who are "Canadianized" or Assimilated? Or do you want a 100% White Canada?

White Pride = Good, in fact I encourage it White Nationalism = White Supremacy Its a sad sad thing, how many foolish people like Archangel who simply want to be proud of their race will be molded into bigots by sites like Stormfront. Stormfront is not White Pride, it is White Power.

There is no fucking way bullying is as bad now. Bullying wasn't that much of a problem when I was in High School aside from goths and talking to my little brother, even goths rarely get bullied now. Gang violence is a different story. Jamaicans are a big problem IMO.

Lets face it, the current western society is all about marketing. Consumerism, giant corporations, everywhere you go its suwbay, coca cola, Hollywood, big, big, big corporations and materialism. A "strong" women is now someone who is loud mouthed and not afraid to "be sexy". Are we less intelligent than before, do we care less about our family values, culture, race than before? Are we more selfish than before, are we truly more open minded and "advancing" as a race or simply being controlled by the big dogs? Do you think society is getting better or worse and is the current society we live in better than the past or worse? Or is an ideal society something in between (with a little bit of consumerism, a little bit of pre MTV era traditional values)? Thanks for any replies!
