This is not much ado about nothing. It's insanity! The U.S.C.G. and Homeland (in)Security only check about 4% of the cargo that pass through our ports. The physical guarding of the port will be performed by personnel of Dubai Ports! That company will have access to all scehdules and layouts of the Ports!
