May didn't receive a majority, she had to make a deal to stay in power.  In no way is that the same as a PM with a majority government.

Sure it is, she had to make a deal with her own MP's. The vote was between her own MP's, not the Commons. The Liberals had a big majority when Chretien got bounced by Martin.

We boycott Australia and Indonesia. You have to be really tough to trump economics with virtue...it'll take nerves of steel. Our grandparents sacrificed some 25% of their GDP in the struggle  against tyranny.

Its not that the dark side of the force is more powerful its just easier.

Do you really think they would care? Asia is their market, not us.

I'm not convinced of Trump's courage after how he looked the other way with the Saudis.  After the bashing Canada took in the USMCA deal and the G20 summit in Quebec, Canadians are questioning whether the US can be trusted.  Relations with China are increasingly important.  These court proceedings should not be politicized.  Trump has already said he will politicize it by making Meng's fate a bargaining chip in trade negotiations.  If he's muddying the waters by making law negotiable, why should Canada follow legal process?  Oh, because it's the right thing?  Does that even register with the US federal government anymore?

Exactly, we are trying to act according to the rule of law and he makes it about him as usual. Fucking asshole.

Did you not understand the question? I was not asking as to how many people were extradited to other countries from Canada. The question was how many people have been extradited back to Canada at Canada's request? I could not find anything in your post that showed me this? If I missed it maybe you can point it out for me? :)

    Here are some

I expect we extradite far more because we are seen as  safe place to run to.

Much as I hate the fact that Agincourt and the Dambusters were all for nought, I think Brexit was a terrible idea.  It was too late.  Cameron ought to go down in UK history as an utter clown.

More like Dunkirk. Britain is getting out of Europe but leaving all its weapons.
