I constantly asked my Quebec Rep. "If Britain kicked your butts and you continue bow to pay the queen......Why do you speak French?" Civil .....laughable. Desire to be a Separatist? Separate, then declare war on the US. We'll come up and end the war within two months ......then rebuild you. All you have is Hydro Quebec and that is a disaster.
