  1. @Nationalist This will be chance #3/3 to the answer the question. If you run away from the question this time like a scared child, you will subsequently be ignored. Suppose, hypothetically, the constitution said that the legality of slavery or the legality of rape was a state by state power - would you believe that rape and slavery should be banned nationwide, yes or no?
  2. @Nationalist This will be chance #2/3 to the answer the question: Suppose, hypothetically, the constitution said that the legality of slavery or the legality of rape was a state by state power - would you believe that rape and slavery should be banned nationwide, yes or no?
  3. @Nationalist Frankly, I am not concerned about your ramble. As stated, you know you are in a corner an you are trying to dodge the question. I will give you three chances to answer the question you dishonest, weaselly coward. After those 3 chances, if you continue to dodge and run away, you will simply be ignored. Hence: Chance #1/3 to the answer the question: Suppose, hypothetically, the constitution said that the legality of slavery or the legality of rape was a state by state power - would you believe that rape and slavery should be banned nationwide, yes or no?
  4. @Nationalist No, stop. I have been very patient with you thus far, now you are trying to dodge my question because I have you in a corner. The question is as follows: Do not evade the question.
  5. @Nationalist Wait...no, I think you know you are in a bit of a corner here. Please don't dodge my question, I don't know why you are trying to dodge me. Lets try it again.
  6. Is it just me, or has no one actually made an argument for the existence of systemic racism? I am confused.
  7. @Nationalist No - now you are trying to move the conversation to dodge the critique. Suppose, hypothetically, the constitution said that the legality of slavery or the legality of rape was a state by state power - would you believe that rape and slavery should be banned nationwide, yes or no? Or would you say "if your state has abortion laws you don't like, move on."
  8. @Nationalist Wait...there may be a contradiction here, or something that seems suspect at least. You stated that you believe that abortion should be illegal in all cases except for rape and the life of the mother (which are under 1% of cases). If that is a belief you hold, you would support an abortion ban nationwide with these exceptions, regardless of whether or not it is politically possible, you would in principle support this policy.
  9. @Nationalist Okay, now it is starting to seem like we agree more than we may disagree. So do you think abortion should be banned nationwide, in all states with exceptions for cases of rape and the life of the mother?
  10. @eyeball Okay, so if you understand what I am saying, which option are you taking: A or B?
  11. No, no, you are dodging the question, Yes or no, do you believe that abortion should be illegal in all cases with the exception of things like rape or the life of the mother? I want a yes or no answer.
  12. @Nationalist Wait, I'm sorry, can you answer that? Yes or no, do you believe that abortion should be illegal in all cases with the exception of things like rape or the life of the mother?
  13. @Nationalist Okay, so you believe that abortion should be illegal in all cases with the exception of things like rape or the life of the mother?
  14. @Nationalist Okay, so you believe abortion should be legal before 15 weeks?
  15. @Nationalist Okay, so up to when do you believe abortion should be legal?
  16. @herbie Okay, lets label each proposition/statement with A, B, and C A = In our case the continued attitude toward natives is obvious to anyone with a working brain. B = Or try "Driving while black" C = hell give the GOP enough time "voting while black" will be a crime I will be defining systemic racism as demonstrated in my first results: And racism as follows: A is an alleged certainty or assuming the conclusion fallacy, and will be ignored. C is a slippery slope fallacy and will be ignored. What is the argument for statement B?
  17. @Nationalist Okay, so lets go ahead and grant what you are saying about federal and state laws. That is irrelevant to what I am asking you. I am asking you whether or not you believe abortion should be legal illegal in most cases. So is that a yes or no? Do you favor abortion bans?
  18. @eyeball Okay, so your answer was no - you would not agree with the proposition "if someone asks for evidence of the election being stolen from Donald Trump, he/she becomes evidence of the election being stolen by Donald Trump." Now, we have two similar claims. You reject one, but accept the other. You need to either: A. Drop this as your previous response to the systemic racism question and provide evidence B. Provide a difference between your claim and my sample claim. If you do not do A, and you fail to do B, you are special pleading. Is this understood?
  19. @Nationalist Okay, so we seem to actually agree. Just as you have stated, if slavery was legal, lets say slavery became legal tomorrow, you would not support it: you would not believe it should be legal. So you actually don't think that something being currently legal means it should be legal. Going back, you previously stated that abortion should be allowed because it is allowed by the constitution. Now you can't use that argument anymore because if the constitution allowed slavery, you would not believe it should be legal.
  20. @Nationalist If slavery was perfectly legal and permissible in the United States, would you have supported it?
  21. @Nationalist Okay, so you agree that just because something is currently legal, that does not mean you believe it should be legal?
  22. @Nationalist You may not know me too well, but when I see someone go on an incoherent ramble to avoid my question, I don't let them run way, I press the question. So lets try and repeat the question that you dodged. Suppose you woke up the next day and your current reality was just a dream. Instead, you lived in a United States where the constitution reserves enslaving black people as a state power, and establishes that raping women is legally permissible, would you believe this should be legal: yes or no?
  23. @eyeball Okay so the question was: "What evidence is there to support Canada or the United States being 'systemically racist'?" Your answer was "[p]eople who keep asking where the evidence is are the evidence." This answer will lead you to many different problems. For instance, If you believe that anyone who asks for evidence of x is evidence of x, that would suggest that if someone asks for evidence of the election being stolen from Donald Trump, he/she is evidence of the election being stolen from Donald Trump. Is the latter statement something you agree with?
  24. Wait... So if you woke up the next day, and it turned out all this was a dream, and you lived in a United States where the constitution reserves enslaving black people as a state power, and establishes that raping women is legally permissible, would you believe this should be legal: yes or no?
  25. @Nationalist As I stated, I don't care what the constitution mentions, just because something is currently legal does not mean it ought be the case. Okay, so is wrong to stab a 1 day old child because their lives have hardly started? If not, then what defines "hardly started?"
