I really care nothing about the military budget , that's just mostly wasted money . The only thing I care about is when they come home, the country takes care of them. Goofball countries see military as power, so a large military isn't needed, if it is only used when it should be. So keep the military budget as is and lower the number of troupes by a number that can be accommodated completely by the budget.
