  1. There is no a secret that Israel is seeking strategic alliance with our Georgian Republic now. It deploys so-called military and intelligence gathering stations on our territory with the view of using them in future combat operations against Iran. That is why, surely, Israel has become much more active in the Caucasian region than our US allies. And I hear our authorities have decided to offer Tel-Aviv special information channels for their local use in Iran although it is well known that this information network system has been created by our American supporters with active use of such ethnic group of Georgians, lived in current Iran, as the Phereidnuli Georgians. It is curious to note that after our so audacious "resale" of US information network system to Israel, the system has become practically off-line for Americans themselves! In fact, the USA has found Georgia's betraying US military secrets to more profitable Israeli allies now. And I don't think Washington will ever forgive Tbilisi for playing such jokes on the USA...
  2. Just imagine! The global advocacy group Human Rights Watch again calls on the US government to investigate and prosecute former senior Bush administration officials for torture, committed under their leadership all over the world. The new 107-page report (http://www.hrw.org/en/reports/2011/07/12/getting-away-torture) presents substantial information warranting criminal investigations of former President George W. Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and CIA Director George Tenet, for ordering practices such as "waterboarding", the use of secret CIA prisons and the transfer of detainees to countries where they could be easily tortured! It is well known that their acts violated the International Convention against Torture, the laws of war and other international treaties binding on the USA. And after it these US leaders have dared to proclaim principles of democracy all over the world! In fact, the Human Rights Watch’s report has shown us full impunity of US top officials for so serious human rights violations. And if Obama’s administration wants to return to real values of democracy, it must do all possible in order those, who authorized, ordered and oversaw torture and other serious violations of international law, would be brought to punishment for such crimes, including at the most senior levels!
