  1. Proud to be a lefty

  2. And as you're writing that statement, Canada, United States and Russia are fighting over the oil reserves in the Artic ocean. Also, some governments want to exploit shale gas even though they know it has a huge negative impact on the environment and on the health of the people who live near it. Maybe but they're happening more frequently and it won't get any better. Because of the global warming, glaciers are melting and are increasing the level of water in seas and rivers. (Don't forget they're the largest reservoirs of freshwater...) For those of you who do not believe in global warming or are simply sceptic, I encourage you to watch this video on youtube . If, after watching the video, you still believe we are not responsible for the well-being of not only the humans, but all of the other plants and animals that were thriving before we started destructing their habitat, well that's just sad.
  3. Personnaly, I'm a habs fan and I watch a lot of games during the regular season. And if they play during the playoffs I'm even more excited but once they get eliminated, I just lose interest in hockey and simply switch to another sport. For some reasons, I've never been that much interested in the teams that are part of the Western conference, even if they're Canadians. Even so, I hope Canucks will win, because they're a Canadian team and I don't like the Bruins, but I'm still not planning on watching the games.
  4. Right now, I'm listenning a lot to the Symphonie Fantastique by Berlioz, especially the 4th movement. I'm not the best music connoisseur, but for some reasons, I prefer the composer of the 20th century, such as Ravel. Well right now, he's the only one from that period that comes to my mind, but I'm more touched by his music than classic and well known geniuses such as Beethoven or Mozart. So I like his Pavane pour une Infante défunte and his orchastred version of Alborada del gracioso. So I was wondering, could somebody name me other composer whose music is similar to Ravel's ?
  5. Not every job is related to some big company that exploits its employees. And by the way, a lot of you say that her act was stupid and that she wronged Harper. but you probably didn't see some of her interviews where she states clearly that she's against the reforms the conservative party will be putting in place for the next 4 years. Not Harper... But what he represents as the leader of the conservative party.
