Dear Dmitriy and Vladimir Vladimirovich,
you are citizens of the former Soviet Union's fate became today nationals of the same Slavic CIS countries Ukraine, Russia and Belarus. Despite this, we all believe it is Russia as the successor of the USSR ONLY protect the interests of our countries and the security of our citizens. We therefore appeal to you for help and justice.
Today, now comes naked EXTERNAL AGGRESSION United States and NATO against SOVEREIGN States of Libya. And if someone can rest assured we this obvious fact is well known, but is all this happening before our very eyes, and the United States and NATO not only threaten the lives of the citizens of Libya, but also to us in its territory. We are outraged at the barbaric bombing of Libya, which is currently in the United States and NATO coalition.
Bombing of Tripoli and other cities within Libya aim not only of Libya's AIR FORCE and AIR DEFENSE installations and even not only the Libyan army, but also objects of military and civilian infrastructure. Today, 24 March 2011, NATO and United States aircraft all night and all morning bombed a suburb of Tripoli Tauru (where, inter alia, Libyan Centre for nuclear research). AIR DEFENSE and AIR FORCE facilities in Taure were destroyed in the first two days of raids and more existing military facilities in the city, but today bombed the Libyan army, became barracks around which are densely populated RESIDENTIAL AREAS, and nearby is the largest in Libya Cardiology Center. Civilians and doctors were unable to assume that normal residential barracks would be subject to destruction, so none of the residents or patients, the hospital was evacuated.

Bombs and missiles struck apartment buildings and fell near the hospital. Cardiology Center in the building were broken, and in the maternity ward for women with heart disease and a portion of the roof collapsed wall. The result was ten miscarriages, of newborn children killed, women were in intensive care, doctors are fighting for their lives. We and our colleagues are working every day to save people. Result of falling bombs and missiles in residential buildings were dozens of dead and wounded, which operate and they are reviving our doctors. So many wounded and dead, as per today, not for all time of unrest in Libya. And this is called "protection of civilians"?!
Responsibly as witnesses and parties happening we affirm that this GENOCIDE carried out by United States and its allies against the people of Libya as in Yugoslavia, Afghanistan and Iraq. CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY carried out by Coalition akin to those crimes committed by fathers and grandfathers existing Western leaders and their lackeys in Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Japan and in Dresden in Germany, where the civilian population too is destroyed in order to INTIMIDATE, to break the will of the people to resist (Germany well remembers this and therefore refused to participate in the new carnage). Today, they want a way to force the Libyan people to hand over their leader and a legitimate Government and meekly surrender their national oil wealth countries.
Mortuary Officer Abdel-Salaam said all the dead were civilians who were not at fault.
We understand that the world community to "apply" to save the people of Libya and us living in Libya, useless. Our only hope is Russia, which has "veto" in the UN, and, specifically, its leaders President and Prime Minister.
We continue to hope for you as expected and previously when decided to stay in Libya and help its people, primarily their medical debt. We have seen that after a failed coup attempt in late February, the situation in Libya, the Government has successfully calmed down and restores order. All in Libya, it was clear that without American intervention the country very soon return to normal life. Confident that Russia has "veto" would not allow military aggression by the United States and its allies, we have decided to stay in Libya, but wrong: Russia, unfortunately, entirely false assurances of Americans and opposed criminal decisions of France and the United States.
We, Ukrainians, Belarusians, Russians and people of various professions (mainly medics), working in Libya for years already (from 2 to 20 years). During this time, we are well acquainted with the life of the Libyan people and affirm that made untied funds available "
