Quebecker Regent Boily was sentenced to 14 years in a Mexican prison for smuggling 600 kilos of marijuana. During his escape a guard was killed. He was caught in Canada and extradited to Mexico where he alleges he was tortured. He is suing the Canadian government for $6M for his extradition to Mexico.
