This statement of course is incorrectly worded, as Quebec being a province in Canada should read: "Canada's unity at stake---again, says an apologetic premier."

Playing the 'old separation cash card' should be a humiliation to any Quebec politician with a gram of integrity or responsibility to Canada.

This is insulting the intellect of all other Canadians in Canada since we all know Quebec in all probability, can't go anywhere.
