Aidan Pryde Posted October 29, 2003 Report Posted October 29, 2003 Christians are evil people, thus Martin Luter King jr was evil Nice lie, I never said that. 100,000 Canadian soldiers who died were all atheists, none were christian. Yet another lie, never said that either. I said my Great-uncle was an athiest and he died fighting in World War II. I don't know how you translated that into all Canadian soldiers who died were athiests. Do you deny that Athiests died fighting in the Canadian military during WWII? And btw, 37,000 Canadian soliders died in World War II not 100,000. You might want to do some research before spouting off incorrect facts and looking like a fool. Alliance, do you believe that corrupt police officers should be respected and tolerated? If you want the uniform of a police officer to carry respect perhaps you should start by making sure that only those who are worthy are wearing it. According to an article reported today in the National Post, organized crime is flourishing and on an upswing in Canada and a crime researcher blames lax laws and government indifference. An interesting article, but I'd like to see some hard numbers. Organized crime has always been around but I haven't seen anything to indicate that there's been a large increase in it's activity. KrustyKidd Posted October 31, 2003 Report Posted October 31, 2003 I hope the Liberals can stop this Elf Invasion from happening here. Man fined for dressing as Santa to oppose nazisA German man has been fined £140 for dressing up as Santa Claus to protest against a nazi march. Christian W donned the costume to protest against a nazi march in Munich last autumn, the Sueddeutsche Zeitung reports. On top of his motorbike suit, he wore red pants and a red shirt, a white beard and a santa hat. Prosecutors charged him with violating Germany's ban on masking your face during demonstrations, and alleged the biking suit amounted to "passive weaponry". But at the trial, a meteorologist confirmed his claims that it had been a cold, wet day, which justified the biking suit. Since police photos show Christian W pulling down his beard to look into the camera, the court found it impossible to uphold he was trying to mask himself. Instead, Judge Kai Graeber suggested ending the case without a sentence, and Christian W agreed to pay the fine in exchange. RT_1984 Posted November 1, 2003 Report Posted November 1, 2003 What a surprise? SirRiff doesn't think Canada is too socially Liberal. I never would have expected that. The day that SirRiff stops defending things like the Gun Registry, and the Homosexual Hate Crime Bill to alter religious texts (it will eventually happen with the activist courts - bout ten yrs is my guess). Ah yes. Always good to have diversity I supposed. Otherwise we'd have nobody to beat up on around here on this forum. Again, thank you SirRiff for giving us a punching bag that never fails to be plump with fluff and stuffing, despite what blows it may take. Quote
Craig Read Posted November 3, 2003 Report Posted November 3, 2003 Yes RT big surprise. Even a bigger one today, Manley [gasp, astonishment, snickering] has promised to blow the over taxation [i mean surplus] on, oh my god, socialised healthcare, where you too Mr. and Mrs. taxpayer can pay but not play ! Geez i am shocked and surprised. I never would have expected this. The federal government will send $2 billion to the provinces for health care, despite projecting a reduced surplus of $3.5 billion, Finance Minister John Manley said today. Manley suggested our sluggish economy would grow by 1.9 per cent this year and three per cent in 2004. That a boy John. I am sure the remaining 1.5 billion will be put to good vote buying uses as well. Quote
