History is written by the winners. Its almost never actually true. Topics that get researched in history are controlled by UNESCO because they control the grants given to profs for research. Money is a topic that is consistently avoided.

So what parts of history were made up. Your answer to everything is that the experts were paid off, I think it's telling that no real historian's buy into that line of thinking. The only people who can come up with it are ignorant, uneducated, irrational individual's, who all obviously have too much time on their hand's.

Private bankers have been running the world for well over 1000 years. Its not something that is taught in school.

For example in archealogical shows they tell you everything about a society except how their money and banks worked. Shows will talk about sewage, water, housing, politics, technology, wars but never money and financing. This part of history has been practically erased.

All the US leaders that were assasinated or had an attempted assasination were monetary reformers and you can find quotes from them.

Duh! It means the money they create cannot be counted as profit because it belongs to someone else. It means that they have to pay interest on the money they create to the person that owns the money (which always starts as the person who borrows the money).

It also means your rantings about banks making huge profits by creating money are false.

I clearly showed you how it works in my example. When bank loans me money it goes into MY bank account until I spend it. That means it is MY money. Once I spend it becomes the money of the people that I paid. It is never the bank's money and the only thing the bank gets is the interest that I pay.

I think the dunbest people go around and try to pass their opinions off as facts or proof and do not read any books to try and learn the subject matter but depend on their rectums to provide them with reason and rationality when it is not a rational world that we live in.

Galbraith was very pro establishment. His only problem with how the banks create money was that it put such a small number of men in control of the country. I guess he should have taken advice from you guys before he wrote "Money" but something tells me neither of you guys were around in 1975.

Doesn't the book you love to pimp, Galbraith's "Money," contain such a history? Doesn't it also have a detailed anatomy of the Beluga whale?

ROTFL. This guy confirms a lot of what I said! For example, he clearly states that loans are always balanced with deposits. He also clearly shows that banks only make a profit from the difference between the interest collected on the loan and the interest paid on the deposit that was created.

However, most of his analysis is not that useful because he uses the example of a single monopoly bank to make his point. Banks are much more constrained when they loan money in a environment with competition because other banks always demand cash to settle debts created when the loaned money is spent.

So Poly are you willing to retract your earlier claim that "banks make a $100,000 profit when they loan $100,000"? Your own source proves that statement is false. What other evidence do you need? Are you going to claim that this guy is a puppet of UNESCO now?

The USA has one central bank. They control the economy and to make a reasonable profit at banking to cover your expenses, etc requires about 30 % profit. The banks produce the money at no charge and have costs of around 30 % - that is to say when banking has a 100 % reserve ratio they must charge about 30 % interest to make a profit and cover their expenses.

Currently when you borrow money from the banks the reserve ratio is so high or non existent that they can create lots of money for very little. To create $ 100,000 they need about $350.00 in deposit with a 300 to 1 reserve ratio. Thats how banks work and thats what a reserve ratio actually means. This reserve ratio is possible because we have electronic money and cheques and do not use bank notes very much.

If they lend $100,000.00 they reasonably get about $80,000.00 in pure profit after all expenses paid.
