So what were the CIA experiments in McGill univercity in Montreal back around the time of the 2nd world war.

They were experiments done on psychiatric patients from the 1940's to the late 1960's. These experiments involved giving patients psycotropic (mind altering) such as LSD. They were also given low doses of radiation. I am not sure why these experiments were done.
