theloniusfleabag Posted March 15, 2006 Report Posted March 15, 2006 Dear KrustyKidd, Well, if the US did not exist, do you belive that somhow, the countries of the world would, for the first time in history, stop trying to bribe, push, threaten, pay, trade or otherwise get an inside track on goods they wish to secure? Of course they wouldn'tThis is the moral argument of the thief. "If I don't steal it, someone else would, so it might as well be me". You are pretty much correct in your assessment, but no other nations do such things as hedgemony, violence and oppression ....social inequity without any sort of returns to the people whom they enslavedwith one hand, while on the other, claiming to stand for 'freedom and democracy'. Wilber Posted March 15, 2006 Report Posted March 15, 2006 "The 'common enemy' approach that is used on mindless masses to combine them in a direction that benifits the directors is an effective tool. Not to mention some on this forum. Quote "Never trust a man who has not a single redeeming vice". WSC
