BubberMiley Posted January 15, 2006 Report Posted January 15, 2006 CPCers on this site are not interested in the truth. They're willing to forget every position Harper expressed prior to 2004 on Iraq, health care, Canadian unity, whatever, in order to promote an image of moderation that is electable. At least Harper isn't as hypocritical. He's willing to admit that his positions haven't fundamentally changed in the last 10 years. Guest eureka Posted January 15, 2006 Report Posted January 15, 2006 Superb posts, mar! On corruption, I have a whole book written by a former member of the Clinton administration. I forget whre I put it so cannot give the title. It details the sins of Bush & co, and takes a few hundred pages to cover them all. One I do remember is that Bush made $15 million from the sale of a baseball stadium that was paid for by taxpayers subsidy. That was as Governor so perhaps it does not count as a scandal involving a federal government thatlooks benignly on graft. Quote
