However, it only works if they avoid providing any specific examples of what's being "banned." Because, and this is an important point, nothing is being "banned." It didn't stop Maryland Governor Wes Moore from claiming book banners are castrating children. During an interview with CNN employee turned White House Press Secretary turned NBC News employee Jen Psaki, Moore gave his thoughts on the "conservative passion project" of "book banning." Apologies for the overabundance of using quotation marks, but you can't see me making finger quotes in the air as I write this. There are three areas that, when leftists claim DeSantis is "banning" "books," come up as examples. 1. A poem from Amanda Gorman was moved from the middle school area of the library to the high school area of the library. It is considered a "book ban" by the left because middle school students have to go to a different area of the library. 2. DeSantis opposes a single AP African-American History curriculum because he feels history should teach kids about history and not Marxist indoctrination or who is banging who. 3. There are conservatives who feel that books about kids tasting their vagina slime, teaching them how to give a handy to make someone cum, and graphic novels about two dudes f*cking are inappropriate to be available in schools. Now, if you as a parent feel your kid learning about tasting their vagina slime, how to give a handy to make someone cum, or read a graphic novel about two dudes f*cking is crucial to their development, you can go on Amazon.com and have the book by tomorrow. It's not banned. It just won't be available in school. Let's not forget that these ADOLFS banned these books in California school. https://www.newsweek.com/kill-mockingbird-other-books-banned-california-schools-over-racism-concerns-1547241 Until further notice, teachers in the area will not be able to include on their curriculum Harper Lee's To Kill a Mockingbird, Mark Twain's The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, John Steinbeck's Of Mice and Men, Theodore Taylor's The Cay and Mildred D. Taylor's Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry. Let's see. A black is wrongly accused of raping a white woman and Atticus Finch bravely defends him in a southern court of law, the story being narrated by his young daughter. (Mockingbird) Two bums wander the country: One smart and cunning and the other slightly retarded. (Of Mice) The story of Tom Sawyer's friend Huck Finn. I haven't read the other so I can't say. I guess those books were banned because 3 year old boys weren't being raped by their fathers. And you wonder why everybody says liberals are such sick fux. Quote
