I complained to the law society regarding a contract for which I was both threatened and extorted.

I had the contract in my hand at one point.

There were two other signatores on that contract.

The honorable, noble and distinguished member simply said that the contract never existed.

The law society did not have the budget to contact the other two signatores of the contract I once had in my hand.

These lawyers in this country are nothing but a gang of lying manipulative weasels and the law society itself must be their favorite joke.

Anyone who has anything good to say about lawyers either

(a) Has never dealt with one

( the one they dealt with had nothing to gain by lying.

There is no credible forum to discuss lawyers, nor will there ever be one devoted to this. There have been media stories not aired because they have as powerful affect on the media as they do on everything else.

The real truth in Canada is that they are nothing more than a gang of thugs. People that know this are too dispersed to get togather and do anything about it.

I suspect that the reason you have found no credible forum for your complaints against lawyers is because your comments lack credibility.

You may have a legitimate complaint with a lawyer you dealt with, but if you start your complaint to the Law Society with an allegation that every lawyer in the world is a professional liar, who controls the media, the courts, and the government, you are setting yourself up for the other party to just say you are crazy and deserving of little consideration.

You simply cannot gain respect by making broad statements about an entire profession based on one member who allegedly lied about a contract.

Most lawyers do not fit the description that you favour.

First of all the reason I cannot complain about this is that the supreme court declared that siblings can not complain to the law society regarding lawyers behaviour. She can simply do anything she wants.

The reason that she did this is that I have inferiour genetics. She has no complaint against me. I come from a family that makes the Paul Bernardo family life seem like a vacation in Disneyland. She has been screwing me since she was 8 years old and my mother the psychopath has supported it.

The reason that every single one of you is responsible is that she is plain and simply nuts and the rest of you should know better than to think you can take away people rights like this as a matter of convenience. You petitioned the supreme court of Canada to take away subling of lawyers rights because you knew this kind of stuff would happen all the time and it would place a drain on the skeleton staff of the law society that could not be tolerated.

This happened in 2002 Christmas day. How do you like that one eh ?

Yeah I am seaming mad and I have every right to be that way. I am gainfully employed, educated, never been accused of a crime or diagnosed with a mental illness.

Its not that I am a violent person but let this happen 50 more times and what do you think the chances of someone getting a long gun and shooting a pile of judges is ?

I don't know a lot about your situation. But based on what you've written here and in the other thread about this I would like to suggest that you are not very good at telling your story. You leave out too many details, making the story confusing, and you are too emotional. If you really believe you have been swindled in some way you need an advocate who can speak for you. That might not be a lawyer, but it needs to be someone with a solid grasp on the facts, and an ability to recite a clear, concise story with all the relevent information, in a persuasive way. A contract is a contract whether it's written down or not. If you have unbiased witnesses of such a contract you might well be able to sue your sister. But you'll ultimately need a lawyer to do it. First, I would suggest you find someone you know who you can tell all the facts to and then let them do the talking to others.

If you don't know anyone you might try a paralegal, at first, or legal clinic. You're going to have to drop the open venom towards lawyers, though.

The problem is that no lawyer will ever speak on my behalf - McCarthy Tetrault is too powerful and they sometimes farm out work. It would be professional suicide for any lawyer to speak on my behalf. I think that my numerical points are complete and exactly spell out what happened.

Try and remember this is extreme abuse that I have been put through - far more than a breach of ethics. I am very angry that other peole know what lawyers get away with and do not get angry.

A friend of mine got hit by an uninsured truck and was limping around for 20 years before she got her settlement. She is not a fighter and is not greedy or ambituous, but firms like McCarthy Tetrault try to make your case last as long as possible hoping you will die, give up or go broke before you have your day in court. Maybe park a semi in front of your lawyers office hoping you will go broke as he sifts through all the irrelevant info. I can't believe what these people get away with and how it is tolerated.

Then they go around talking about how noble and distinguished they are while better educated doctors and equally educated nurses go to work every day and expose themselves to all kinds of very real danger and abuse.

The situation with lawyers in this country has become absolutely pathetic.
