Infidel Dog Posted May 20, 2020 Report Posted May 20, 2020 Founder of Wikipedia, Larry Sanger has been complaining about how biased his creation has been getting for a while now. Quote Sanger is no longer involved with Wikipedia, and his co-founder, Jimmy Wales, is a far-left activist. In a blog post on Thursday, Sanger wrote a scathing critique of the bias at his former website. “Wikipedia’s ‘NPOV’ is dead,” Sanger began, referring to the site’s neutral point of view policy. He specifically pointed to the entries for former President Barack Obama and President Donald Trump as examples. New World Disorder Posted May 20, 2020 Report Posted May 20, 2020 Wikipedia is good on somethings, really bad on others. The platform is riddled with bias and keyboard warriors constantly updating and trying to rewrite things. If I recall correctly, there was a professor where Wikipedia banned him from editing his own article with the cite that he was not an authority on himself. Quote
Infidel Dog Posted May 21, 2020 Author Report Posted May 21, 2020 (edited) Happens in the "Climate Change" category all the time. Pretty much always to what a Wikipedia editor would call "a denier." One Professor who would fit such a label was blocked for trying to edit in his correct birth date. Edited May 21, 2020 by Infidel Dog Quote
