How come? We were most helpful of Yuschenko spring to power in the Ukraine to later see him emerge into leader ready to withdraw from Iraq?! President Kuchma in this respect used to be much better. Even in case of other presidential candidate victory in the Ukrainian presidential race (Yanukovich) we wouldn’t have gotten such a ‘poo’. Now what? We are donating dozens millions to the damned Ukraine (I know of the grandiose sum of $80 mln. this year only) to find ourselves fooled in the end! The time has arrived for Bush to see if his staffers match their positions (Rice firstly).
