If they're not careful, the Budget Bill might die too in the Conservative dominated Committee. And then guess who'll be blamed when the cities don't get their much needed cash?

And that's not to mention all those other long overdue programs like affordable housing, the environment, and daycare that the Conservatives might kill along with it.

Not good going into an election as an viable alternative.
