maplesyrup Posted July 29, 2004 Report Posted July 29, 2004 Judge postpones decision on NDP election challenge Anyone else following this legal challenge to two ridings in Saskatchewan? It appears that a bunch of voters voted in the incorrect riding, based on wrongly addressed Elections Canada voter registration cards. With the results so close in our minority government, this sure could complicate things if by-elections have to be called in these two ridings. If by-elections were held, who do you think would win? Cartman Posted July 30, 2004 Report Posted July 30, 2004 This is an interesting issue. I was very surprised when Proctor lost his riding and I wonder if there is any substance to the challenge.
