The Supreme judges we have are the worst in history.

Here's the Ontario Court of Appeal decision.

The SCoC decision was to dismiss the applicant's appeal.

I would safely assume if the trial judge "mis-spoke" then most certainly he also mis-thought...Important to mention that the trial judge was a very old one - He was taking breaks during the hearing because he was in severe pain - on one occassion we had to postpone for a few days while the trial judge went back to hospital - On more than one occassion he fell asleep. Other days he appeared to be incoherant - at times the lawyer for the defense would suggest to the judge that we could break - so he could rest. As for the court of appeal - They spent more time protecting the poor work of the trial judge rather than addressing the loose ends that constantly appeared.

During the time that I was present in the court I could see the defense lawyer take advantage of the frail physical condition of the judge and mislead him as far as the chronology of events was twisted..they acted as if they already had a protection order and worded it in a manner that visually appeared that it was in existance from the begining - When carefully examined it was clear that the order was granted 7 months after the apprehension -

What took place in reality was they finally got an order of protection at the very end and handed the kids back - as if all was well and legal - they had the kids illegally without an order for over 7 full months - During this time my poor bother was tormented continually and the children were used to coerce him... I saw moment when the father was put into a room like a lab rat with a one way mirror while students watched the distraught family suffer through unimaginable pain...Later I found out that the JFCS was also a research facility and they were facinated by the matter . It was totally Orwellian in nature.

I see the problem from that.

He did not agree to it in person and claims that counsel did not act in his interest. It makes sense then that he represented himself during the appeals.

We fired the lawyer in the early stages - we still did not know at that time what he had done - the defendant did..in eccence the lawyer that was my brothers representative took his hard earned money and betrayed him. This lawyer begged that we not fire him in public - but he was sent on his way as a judge and spectators witnessed his embarassment. The only way the defendant could have possibly squirmed their way out of a bad situation was to be in contact with my brothers former lawyer, who supplied the defense with the key to their success.. It was conspiratorial and this lawyer should have been disbarred - but as he said - He did a lot of buisness with the defendant and other child protection agents - During the early access to the children hearings - the JFCS would bring in 14 witnesses who worked for them - they all sat in the hall carefully studying prepared statements given to them..

Here is the most horrific part - The older woman that actually took the kids - would lay her red coat and a book that she never red outside the court room-- The book was entitled "killing time" - that was distrubing because it appeared that the social worker was threatening the children with harm - This could have been my imagination - untill one after noon someone within the court had pressed the security panic button...a group of court cops came rushing in and were having trouble accessing the judges chambers - I believe it was the judge who sent for security because - the lady who apprehended the kids and owned the red coat and book was attempting to intimidate the court...

Here is the strangest part - and I swear that it is true - as the police were attempting to open the coded door I looked down a the social workers coat and book - On top of the book someone and I assume that it was the social worker had placed a pair of green surgical gloves that appeared to be stained with a substance that looked like BLOOD... I knew at that moment that Ms what's her name was clearly nuts and a danger to the kids.

Later I inquired on the where abouts of this spear heading social worker - all they said is that she was dismissed - The JFCS had this mean spirited and crazed woman - who drove a rusty car - and took the kids away in a vehicle that had no child safety restrains....This person should never have been in the employ of the JFCS - she was plain nasty and possibly dangerous...I kid you not - WE actually did provide a service to the JFCS - and they did later clean house of those that were not fit for the postion.

I put to all of you - IF the SCC is truely as wise and informed as they believe themselves to be - they would have done the reasearch and looked at the case with full professionalism. It was all there infront of them to study - and they were simply lazy...and arrogant. What our efforts did was set a precedence that took more atonomy away from the nuclear tradtional family - which is exactly what their agenda was all about.

They looked upon the family as an institution of little consequence and one that was archic and should be done away with. The family service act if you read it carefully is fully designed to protect the tradtional nuclear family from harm - The SCC felt that they would partake in the continued animal husbandry of the populace and they know what is good for all of us and we do not.

How can a person respect such an institution that does not respect us? It is fool hardy to presume that this - the highest of courts acts in our best interest. I saw no evidence of that. They are just a bunch of lazy idealogs and elitists who like to wear a lot of expensive jewlery as you can see if you view a picture of the chief justice - who is NOT a serious person let alone a good judge.

Recently I viewed Beverly McClaulin...It was a televised speech she was giving to the Canada Club or one of those other Granite CLub type exclusive orgainzation - If I would have known that she was such a light weight boardering on being a flake..that radiated ineptness - I would have diswaded my brother from taking his case to Ottawa...cos it was a waste of time - effort - money and good faith.

I would be interested in seeing this SCC case you keep complaining about.

There is no complaint - just the realization that we expect to much from those we persume act in our best interests - who are supposedly honest - highly educated and experienced in the acts of law and morality. It was depressing to finally understand that those within some of our highest and most respected institutions are not very good at what they do - and frankly they do not seem to care - Yes they enjoy PRIVLEDGE - wealth and admiration from their lower peers - but it should be more than about status and control of the population - It must be about service...service to Canadians at large - which as they say is the true and real better good.

There is no spite - or contempt on my part towards the SCC and their many supporters. There is just a feeling of profound disappointment. Maybe it's time to start electing judges - because those that appoint them might cause further dis-appointment of the common person. Our elite are not that intelligent - just privledged and wealthy - LAZY.....DULL.... and driven by greed...as a good lawyer once said to me - these traits are what cause - financial collapse within our system. WHY would a person put their full energy into working and contributing to a nation - when that nation is not truely in compliance to the rule of law?

Judges judge - ours have no judgement let alone good judgement - It's all about prolonged and ticky points of law that is satisfying to the acedemic mind but does NOTHING for the citizens of Canada.

Again they are not judges but have the protection and respect that judges deserve..These folks are typical egg heads who truely believe they have super natural intelligence and need not answer to us common apes..It's about a strange and perverse form of animal husbandry..They make rules where a husband or father is NOT a husband - but they are the husband to all so-called liberated females...Yet they really don't care about womans rights - but sure like to use woman to create new rights - for themselves.
