I'd like to introduce myself...

Hi, I'm Bridget, from Alberta. I'm 18, and am currently the official agent for the green canidate running in my riding. I support gay rights, and while I do not approve of abortion personally, I don't believe I should take away the power of anyone else to choose.

I would like to run as a green party canidate someday, perhaps when I've graduated. For now, I try to stay abreast of Canadian and U.S. politics by listening to CBC and checking out google news every now and then.

My ultimate goal in life is to publish many volumes of poetry and have a show at the Fringe.

That's all there really is to say, so I'll stop typing and let someone else post.

Hey Bridget, welcome to chaos. I am also from Alberta and way past 18 Anyways, hope you have a good time, learn and enjoy others views of which there are many. Ignore personal attacks, very glad to say though they have decreased a lot lately. Just a hint, watch more than the CBC for a varied view of the news.

Ha ha! I would, but that's pretty much the only news station I can pick up here ( besides country....*shudder*) Besides, what's wrong with the CBC (except the repetitiveness and classical music...)? I like the CBC! the Current rules, baby!
