Only if you intentionally enforce and propogate that bad behaviour. Human beings are good by nature. An infant will naturally share a piece of food with his counter parts. Those that insist that human nature is bad nature are usually the ones who do not want to see improvement in human behaviour, because good behaviour breeds power and they do not want anyone to be powerful but them. I have repeatedly heard those in positions of privledge say.."That's just human nature" It is not! You can debase a society and make it easier to rule especially if you do not have the brains to take the high road...It's lazy to blame human nature and insist that is is base - society is what we make it. When we allow our banks to finance media and art (film) that encourages violent savage behaviour - then who is the facilitator?
