There sure seems to be a gaggle of these issues lately

So a Somali born woman has been arrested in Kenya because she doesn't look like her 4 year old passport photo, she's had a raft of people come forward to confirm she is who she says she is, and the woman in question is offering to give fingerprints to prove she is who she says she is... Why is the government hanging another one out to dry like this? I have a feeling that this will be yet another embarassment for the CPC.
