Topaz Posted June 18, 2009 Report Posted June 18, 2009 I guess this shouldn't be any surprise by the taxpayers as to the spending habits of the Tories. My only question is what was wrong with the old house?? This house has 6 bedrooms and four baths and the family that will be moving in is a family of four. Shouldn't the government be tightening up on its spending? http://www.buffalonews.com/cityregion/buff...ory/707047.html Quote

This house would have been chosen by foreign affairs and purchased by them. What's more interesting is the statement the house was valued at $750k before the sale. So why was it sold for twice that? Damned good question. The person responsible for the purchase should be fired. Quote
