Now that we got football season out of the way, it's time to enjoy the most treasured Sports Illustrated issue of the year.

And this year's cover model is a 23 year old Israeli model named Bar Rafaeli. The S.I. website doesn't have the 2009 issue yet, but until it get's taken down, entertainment blogger "Just Jared" has the pics. Perfect!!!
