Ukraine plunged once again into gas stir with Russia

I’m being of Ukrainian descent and my heart just sank when Ukraine plunged once again into gas stir with Russia. What’s the grand idea of President Yuschenko? Definitely he did great harm to his poor suffering country by initiating this scandal.

Now what? Ukraine as a transit state has absolutely lost trust of Europeans and maybe forever. That means huge losses for her already empty state coffers. Needless to say, economic disaster is going to lead my compatriots living in Ukraine further to civil war and territorial disintegration. Who’s to blame? Yuschenko is!

I am really amazed at the Ukrainian people somewhat naпve attitude towards their president-betrayer, their lack of foresight. How can they support him in power for so long, I wonder? Even radical nationalistic elements in Ukraine are mysteriously unable to open their eyes wide and identify The Big Liar.

Don’t they see that president Yuschenko hates not so much the Kremlin but rather Ukrainian people? And how this can be missed on Ukrainians? That’s really a baffling mystery for me. Who really serves the Ukrainian president?
