I'm now saying that shortly Harper will be finished with.

It's hard to immagine the CPC without harper and I feel he's been the best PM in my lifetime, but he's done with. There are many, many Canadians extrememly happy about the coalition gov't. Keep in mind that the majoirty of welfare, civil servant, immigrant, french Canadians voted for these 3 parties so they are very happy.
