Asked about the possibility of a deficit, he told CBC News: "We will see. Given his spending habits, I expect that Flaherty will definitely run a deficit. He might try to hide in till next year though. Quote

Think I have been clear I think Ontario running a deficit is bad for the country. Good thing I'm not partisan when it comes to deficit spending. Quote
