Deportation Of American War Disidents

Took a few minutes to listen to AM 640 talk radio in Toronto and they were going on about some neo-war dodger that was getting the boot out of Canada for not wanting to do a second tour in that god damned Iraq. The folks went on and on about nothing with callers voicing the idea that they must do their duty and face the music - in other words not clog up our courts with appeals geared towards showing common good mercy and gaining santuary from the evil sons of bitches that have talken over the American administration.

So my good fellows let me walk you through what I found out about Canadian style extradition to the States and else where. About two years ago I had the misfortune of hanging out at the court of appeal at OZ not so good hall in Toronto. By chance I sat in on the tail end of an appeal by an American buisness man who had been in Canada for some while and had started a family here. We talked about his situation and it was clear to me from what I saw in the court that they were going to screw the gentleman no matter what.

His back ground was that of a buisness insider and political. He was one of the orginals years back that set things in motion regarding being the first guy to head the sell out trade delegation to China - also he was a former assocciate with the Enron boys...all he said was "Cheney runs the place and the last two guys that the Canadians sent back are dead" - shocking stuff...and he also hinted that part of the current American administration were involved in the Enron pension skimming prior the scandal...hot stuff I thought...this man reminded me of the character in the movie "The Fugative" - he was disheveld and terrified.

So you may be wondering what this leads up to...well it's about how the system truely works...Firstly the men that appoint the Judges in our nation are old well connected lawyers and high ranking buisnessmen. They have loyalties that lay in Washington and what Washington wants it gets. Put it this way - if you have a war dodger in Canada the buisness elite will do favours via their puppet judges and will send the guy back in order to assist their buisness friends in maintaining total economic , military and political power...so the extradite~ that I mention did not have a chance - he had dirt on Cheney....same as the war detractor does not have a chance for santuary here .

How it works is that the buisness eilte in the states simply call the buisness elite in Canada and exert their power north of the 49th. In turn our buisness elite (old boys) tell the judges what and how to rule - so there really is no justice....and to listen to the average citizen on the radio say that he trusts our impartial and the American impartial judical system- is as naive and delluded as you get - and we as a nation are naive - un-educated and delluded - we are fools and that's just the way big buisness wants to keep it - I hope I pissed some one off - after all - how can you in good taste and consciousness send an innocent soldier back to do time in a prison run by crimminals. End of Story.....sad but true - we should have done the right thing and allowed run away American soldiers to stay..but we did not because our judges do not judge but function on policy - period...those with good and just judgement are not appointed...time we started electing judges.

Ditto. Have the courage of their own convictions. The precedents have already been set.....minor military prison sentences and a diushonorable discharge. If they didn't like it, they shouldn't have volunteered.
