Leafless Posted April 10, 2008 Author Report Posted April 10, 2008 ***I generally read leafless for the ironic humour The man is using wrong words. You tell me what he considers evidence, that is true and valid and that cannot be refuted???? Quote
Sean Hayward Posted April 12, 2008 Report Posted April 12, 2008 (edited) Go back and read my previous posts. There is plenty of evidence and proof in them. I'm not going to re-write everything because of your failure to accept it. Everyone else can see through your last ditch effort to preserve your remaining dignity in this discussion. Renegade Posted April 14, 2008 Report Posted April 14, 2008 BTW- A single long paragraph (story) is not the normal way of posting. Use the quote function and cite proof to back your statements. Wow, Leafless I'm impresed at how far you've advanced from the days when you gave these excuses for your own lack of the use of quotes. I use my own quotes to save bandwidth and only use what's necessary to get my point across. Gregg cautioned about the abuse of over quoting. linkI use run-on sentences and custom quotes to save space and time. link Quote “A democracy is nothing more than mob rule, where fifty-one percent of the people may take away the rights of the other forty-nine.” - Thomas Jefferson
Leafless Posted April 14, 2008 Author Report Posted April 14, 2008 What? I figured I'd stump you with that one. Quote
Leafless Posted April 14, 2008 Author Report Posted April 14, 2008 Wow, Leafless I'm impresed at how far you've advanced from the days when you gave these excuses for your own lack of the use of quotes. I used quotes but not the quote function, since at that time I basically completed my replies 'off line' and used copy and paste when I posted at another time. But never have I made a reply suggesting a poster wrote something completley different than what was actually said, like several posters do here without ANY form of a quote, to prove what was actually said. Point is Renegade, you will be hard pressed to find a complaint posted by myself against another forum member relating to sentence structure, spelling etc., which I normally readily overlook and could not care less. Sean Hayward is an exception and was asked to reply properly in a more coherent manner so I could reply in a responsible, accurate manner. I am certain you can see what the problem is, but as usual Renegade does not miss an opportunity to insult or embarrass. Hope to clash with you soon. Quote
