Canada is known as a PeaceKeeper and it is important to keep her known as such. It empowers us to lend a validated hand when handing out justice.

In November the US will elect a new President.
Let us assert our position prior and independent of that process.
Let us decide to do what is right for the Iraqi people.
That is stabilization and democratization.
Then they can vote for whatever healthplan they want.
P.S. Let's not send them Revenue Canada. I'd hate to have us blamed for all their income taxes after that.
