Anyone following the secret sovereignty talks

My parents never taught me anything about politics, never discussed it in front of me. Every chance I can get to educate my boys on politics, I take it. I explained the voting process, I've discussed different things regarding what Bush and the American's are doing and facing...and they are interested. I think more parents should take the initiative to TEACH our children the positives of voting. I was just watching an interview with Michael Moore, and I really liked what he said. If people ONLY walk away from my movie and say they are going to vote, then I'm happy. "Even if it's to say they didn't like what I said about Bush, I'm gonna go vote", because like he said, there are 50% of the population not doing it!! -
If Saddam was in Bush's back pocket or vise versa, why would Bush allow a public trial?

This is due to our education. I remember in school being taught more about American History, than anything Canadian. I remember not caring one iota about history at the time it was taught. But I can't seem to get enough information now. I've learned so much in the past few years...I'd even love to take some true history courses, that aren't biased by anything...just random facts. Which, in all actuality, this board seems to provide.

Happy Canada Day! I for one have never been more patriotic, than in these times.... I am proud to be Canadian.

Was The War in Iraq Necessary

Not really. You lurk for however long then the major event that makes you come out of your shell is to be a cheerleader for Black Dog and give me a hard time? What reasons! What noble intellect. A cheerleader and a heckler, your momma must be so proud. When asked why you disagree, you say you don't like to argue. I suppose you just like to be a pom pom girl and don't have a real opinion that can be backed up. Instead preffering to give a hard time instead. Sweet. However, the really cool thing is that on a quiet night like it was last night, with nobody on the Forum but me and Rev, you pop up. And, although you two live two separate time zones apart, and your local time should be completely different, they are exactly the same. As if you lived together or something. Interesting to say the least. Haha...you make me laugh Krusty. Always trying to get an argument out of somebody! Hey Rev, did you know we are apparently LUHVERS??? hehe -

Wow, cuz THAT was my point! Your tactics won't cause me to go off on you. I think you LOVE arguing. I can't be bothered. Although the thread is HUGELY informative to me. So far, in my search for knowledge in this, I haven't come across a more informative debate, albeit facetious! -

I only got to page three and I saw right thru Krusty! He changes his argument every time Black Dog rebuts him. He isn't worth your time Black Dog, he's trolling! As soon as you make light that you are wasting your time, he comes up with something else. Krusty, you need to get a life, or actually don't, because if America keeps following the same path, it will have ruined all our lives as we once knew them.
