Rex is entitled to his opinion. The CPC could have saved themselves a lot of headache if they would simply do what the Liberals did. Make unrealistic targets, go home heros and then....forget-about-it. Simple and everyone's happy. BTW the climate has been changing since the ice-age. Just ask any dinosaur.
