  1. I think it's worth to share it with you. It sounds that Russian officials hide severe danger to human lives. If Winter Olympics still to happen in Sochi, it could be same kind of disaster if somebody decided to choose Chernobyl for next Summer Olympics. Read this: "Sochi Olympics Bomb" http://peter-lecht.newsvine.com/_news/2009...category=sports Citing: "In a nutshell, the report outlines that the area is kind of unstable geological anomaly with very high concentration of toxic and radioactive materials like mercury, cadmium, lead, arsenic, copper, zinc, tritium, uranium and thorium (sources of α and β radiation). In some places the concentration is above the critical level in hundreds of times! The report hints that any kind of mining and tunneling in the area could lead to unprecedented poisoning of the fresh and sea water and subsequently to the live threatening situation." "Keep in mind that the region is already characterized as highly seismic and that natural radioactive background, higher than usually acceptable, already costs the inhabitants higher ratio of cancer of all kinds. You'd understand why the report suggested stopping all undergoing work on the way of Sochi-Adler-Krasnaya Polyana and finding an alternative path. Just imagine, what a disaster could occur. We are talking about loosing hundreds of thousands of lives of sportsmen, spectators and people currently living in Sochi region!"
  2. That's all about Uyghur separatists in China. It's just a coincidence that Uyghurs are Muslims linked to Al-Qaeda. Same kind of pattern could be used to blame China as big enemy of Buddhists since Chinese oppressed Dalai Lama monks in Tibet. Al-Qaeda doesn't represent whole Muslim world, that's it.
  3. I'd say, belief's not so important. Culture's important. It's hard to expect no tensions within highly multicultural Europe.
  4. It's very little to do with CO2. When you place frosted stuff into your microwave, do you think much about CO2? Influence of solar and outer space radiation to our planet is much more sufficient than carbon dioxide.
