  1. And btw Romney got Nevada, not Paul.

Ron Paul won a majority of the delegates in nevada.

As for the convention Romney either has or after California will have a mathematical majority in the convention. The delegates are committed to their candidate for at least the first ballot. Under the rules, therefore, Romney wins.

This is why I posted the video saying the delegates are in fact not bound.

Thus, those rallies where throngs of idiots are cheering wildly for Ron Paul are sound and fury, signifying nothing.

Fuck off, just because you support an anti establishment candidate, that doesn't make you an idiot.

I'm not even going to bother responding to the guy who said Ron Paul hates black people, that guy is just ignorant. Also, the people who say Paul hasn't won any states are ignorant too.

  2. It works both ways. He could give Obama votes, too. It's not as if everyone who would vote for Romney would vote for Paul.

I would think he would take more from Romney but the new Rasmussen poll shows otherwise.

    Three-Way Race: Romney 44%, Obama 39%, Ron Paul 13%

Texas Congressman Ron Paul appears more interested in influencing the direction of the Republican Party than in running as an independent presidential candidate. But perhaps Democrats should be careful what they wish for: Even if Mitt Romney’s remaining GOP challenger should run as a third party candidate, new Rasmussen Reports surveying finds Romney the winner of a three-way race.

The latest national telephone survey shows that 25% of Likely U.S. Voters think Paul should run as a third party candidate. Sixty-one percent (61%) disagree, but 13% more are not sure.

  3. I just hear on TV, that Romney may pick Connie Rice as his running mate for VP, this would also help to get the women's vote. Thoughts?

I don't understand why that would help get the women's vote. It isn't that I disagree with you, it would help get the women's vote but that is the stupidest reason to vote for someone. Do these women just think, "she has a vagina, I have a vagina, I'm going to vote for her", regardless of the policies she and Romney would be pushing.

  4. Ron Paul is very popular among young voters, including anti-war liberals because of his foreign policy ideas. He will most certainly take votes away from Obama too.

    yup

This is why if Ron Paul became the Republican nominee, he would have a better chance at beating Obama because he can take Obama votes away.

But I think Ron Paul would take more votes away from Romney then from Obama in a three way.

  5. Iran is screwing itself, don't blame the rest of the world for the Iranian nuke threat, they own it.

I can blame the rest of the world if I want. Iran has said several times it is not trying to build a nuke and I think every country around Iran has a nuke so why wouldn't they want to get a nuke too.

The world crushing the Iranians economy will just lead to a war where millions will probably die, why would I want that.

This world we live in is fucked up, we love fucking people over, that is our hobby.

  6. This is an interesting point. What are you saying specifically? That Newt is not on the ballot for all 564 ballots, or that Rick is not on for some ballots and Newt is not on for some ballots, and together they add up to 564?

Newt a racist? Are you guys serious, please present factual incidents.

I am not sure about Santorum but Newt isn't on the ballet in states that add up to 564 delegates, the largest state being Virginia. I have no idea how he expects to win the nomination...does he think he trumps math?
