Today I read about a mother who was raped and died at the hands of a 17 year youth , he then burnt the family home down. They not only lost their mother but the home they lived in for 20 years. The father wrote a statement for the court. This should never have happened to any mother in this country. I feel that a youth of 15 knows, enough about life to realize that rape, and murder are a criminal offence. We call our country a peaceful nation ! This youth is sentenced and could be out of jail in 4 years. The family is outraged and so I am I. Where do we go from here to change the laws, so children do not have to grow up without their mother , and a man doesn't have to move on without his wife.. The Judges in this country should be held accountable for action this youth takes after he gets out of jail.

BigGunner What about the buildings the NDP built that they didnt need too! They were told they didn't need highly reinforced floors,because computers would replace filing cabinets but they still built them. I believe some of them are still empty and never been used. Also did you forget the fast ferries ! Well I have not forgot.... Do you want to pay more taxes ? Because thats what it takes to pay more wages. I have been in government offices where there were far to many employees to do the work. As far as Campbell goes..... In this country you are inoccent till proven guilty! I do not believe the NDP red headed bimo bo or James will do a better job than Campbell can. WE have to cut back , and the NDP will only spend more of our hard earned tax money. 36,000 jobs lost because the people choose not to cut back on their wages. The unions are greedy . They could not even cut back so they could all keep their jobs. The wages were way to high. What about the people who get sick ? It should go more to caring for the sick? The free ride is over in this Province there are more non - union people than unionists. I think we live in Canada we are inoccent till proven guilty! That includes the Primier of this province! I would not want a red headed bimo bo or James as a leader if I was NDP. I think there is more to the story about the terrorists than both Canada and the USA are willing to admit. 9/11 was not the first time they have attacked and will not be the last . Spain now whos next?! There are others on their list including Canada. There were terrorists camps found in Iraq! Canada is now in Afganistan ! Do you really think the terrorists think Canada is inoccent? We all look the same to them. They have been fighting in that area for over a 1000 years.

I am glad the NDP isn't in power in B.C Look at their record in the past! I will vote lib, I think they are the only ones who will get us back on track. We have to stop this madnest of unions thinking they can have anything they want . The rest of us can not afford to pay their high wages. The money should go to taking care of the sick.
