Harper, has failed on this promise and therefore has denied us all, Canadian voters, the right to implement these changes prior to this unscheduled General Election, as you will understand, it would be unfair to not allow a few suggested corrections by the many of us, as it would be easy to implement, and it would also be an insult to us all Canadians if it was not. So we are suggesting that we use the "exact counts for each box/riding"(each scrutineer makes the count assisted by the secretary of the same Box/riding) and the manager of this riding will pick up the boxes and the lists of each riding to bring the Director of Election assigned deposit he then already "add up each riding results for each Province or Territories" total vote numbers "and separately by national Party vote casted" then take the "total number of vote casted in that Province or Territory)" and "divide the whole by the number of riding in that Province" to have a fair representation of our people in each part of this country, and then make the House of Parliament represent us accordingly, as a percentage of the seats. There is also no Extra cost as you are paying the same for each person that does the Election count per day, not per hours; they already do a count of each party ballots and a total per riding, and the Director of the Election is also provided the total number of vote casted by ridings throughout the Province or territory, the only difference is he will have to do some mathematics at a level of a 5th grader, and he will have to take that extra ten minute, that is all.except a bit longer, but if only your Chief of District asked each scrutineer to give him the Party's vote there would already be #vote per party per district , making the Director of Elections calculation a bit shorter as each District already provides him a list with each vote casted in their riding for each party already totaled, so he will need to add each of these results to each other for the Province and then take this number and use it as a divider for each Party representation by % seats And Please, can our Government be big enough to return their right to vote for the Election to the Canadian Homeless NOW, by letting them provide Social Insurance Number (SIN number) and a Church or a Community center in the area as address or a specific corner of street, an alley or doorway where they sleep! I blame him for destroying all the program that allowed Canada to grow our economy, which is the Tourism industry, which because of all the jobs it includes, fed 3/4 of the population year around before he moved in as PM, now this does not even have a Minister do not ask me where the portfolio went, and destroying all the programs provided by Human Resources, which includes re-training programs, Unemployment programs, education for our people with disabilities, and youth training, and that was the main portion of his cuts-about $152 Million. What about Forestry and Manufacturing industry, these jobs are also moving away; what about Agriculture, (if our government is our representative) are we still helping our farmer in tough times? or Did Harper cut that too? Wouldn't you like to know, so would I? How about the "lack of transparencies and accountability"? My dad, an ex-Navy Volunteer during WWII, used to say he was "a tough nut but a good man for Canada", I very much respected his opinion on most things. and I believe he was a very fair judge of character. Am I right?

Don't get me wrong I am obviously not a Conservative fan but he did some good for Canada socially and at least was moving forward on his promise to the Natives I am surprised to see: # Appointed Ellen Fairclough first woman Cabinet minister # Canadian Bill of Rights 1958 # Appointed James Gladstone Canada's first Aboriginal senator 1958 # Franchise extended to all Aboriginal peoples, 1960 # Royal Commission on Health Services 1961 # Agricultural Rehabilitation and Development Act 1961 # Created the National Productivity Council (Economic Council of Canada) 1963 He at least did not walk all over the disadvantaged groups and in fact was a leader in women emancipation, Our Bill of rights, health and economy was safe in those days as this was mostly very arable land, but had the crops been ruined, Canadian had very little revenue in those days, but the cost of living was also very modest, and had a crash happened he would have been like Harper, sinking with the ship. That is the not so Conservative way they apply to the economy, putting all your eggs in the same baskets you are likely to break some and even all of them. Harper only income for Canada is the Oil and the Banks and we are getting gouged at the Bank and now I hear Canadian are deny the percentage every other country poorer than us (like the USA, ha ha), while he now will see our soldiers as a "cost" and he 'clearly' did not see what kind of cost this was because he is careless, so I worry about our troops, he might cut their funds while over there. Did you see the story about the gas station closing somewhere on the border because Canadian go across the border to save money on gas, so they are going out of business. That is the small entrepreneur's bread and butter either not getting enough incentive as our dollar is to high for Canada to be a place to vacation in, beside being too pricey and under Mr Harper not only out of the competition but really going the wrong way in that race. The Service industry is the main industry in Canada, largest then the three next big ones put together, and it is 3/4 of Canadian which are affected by these jobs (hotels, restaurant, shops, boutique, and a long variety of businesses, small and medium) depend on our tourism. So yes Harper's economic plan is already falling apart across Canada and everyone can all go drain the oil until they cannot breath anymore or until it is gone and the continent is submerge because of the cataclysm we have created with our ways as human and Harper's way is just jumping off the cliff before it is submerge, and not even building boats while we wait. And because I have worked so many elections in Quebec, when I lived there, until 14 years ago and that the top man of my District just happened to be the Director of Election for the whole country at the time; I understand how it operates a bit better then most. News item this morning Harper has announced he will be spending $5 millions to bring back doctors working in third-world country, how caring does that show him for who he is now! ... just an Economist- that cannot account for his expenses, Cost of Mission in Afghanistan, Mr. Harper figured about $8 Billions, now they figure $18 Billion, with everything like salary for the men, and the incremental (I figure that mean the adding month to month cost equipment repair, soldier sent to hospital, equipment and ammunition cost and transport) they figure it will cost between 13.9 and 18.1 billions, but it is already around around $7 Billion and maybe under-estimated, are you seeing this? This man must be stop, he does not care; he sees people as you are either a cost and he will avoid it or you are a revenue and he will cater to it, the reign of the haves over the have-not... All he can do is make another empty promise on Health Care, he has put most of the money in reducing the wait time, more promises - remember the 66 cuts. He will make all the poor very much poorer and get the mid-wage to their level before they wake up... from the numbness, this is just our own little "tyrant" until you elect him again and get more of the same, blame the Liberal, and the others, he has cut everything that people in Canada were proud of, he has put holes in the government system, no more Minister of Tourism (another cut), that is all related to service industry, restaurant, bar, events; we use to have a largest Tourism industry than the three largest following put together, as you can verify on Wikipedia "the Canadian economy is dominated by the service industry, which employs about three quarters of Canadians"; so who killed our economy again?
