Interesting article today from Mercer: http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/opinions/proroguing-is-for-children-and-stephen-harper/article1420026/ I think he makes some solid points. The problem is, I don't think most Canadians know how to spell Prorogue, let alone what it means. It's a word that isn't commonly used. I just don't see why they would prorogue now - there is no good reason to and plenty of reasons not to.
