    I suppose America gets their recovery after the next republican administration cuts off the funding.

      I don't believe any future increase to GDP growth will last more than a few months. As for measuring economic growth, it's always a sham game, since unemployment and jobs numbers can be fudged, at least in the short term, as noted here:
